Coming from Germany or Switzerland:
You can get to Ritzensee Private Clinic along Autobahn A9 Munich / Salzburg and exit at Bad Reichenhall. Then follow the course of the road in direction of Lofer. This will take you across the German/Austrian border, continuing along B311 to Saalfelden (toll-free). Having arrived in Saalfelden, take the first exit at the roundabout to Zell am See / B311. At the second roundabout, drive straight on until the next possible turn-off to the left between the petrol station and Hofer-Markt (Aldi in Germany). Turn off here and after some 50 metres drive slightly uphill in direction of Ritzensee. Follow the course of the road for 1.5 kilometres and turn right at Hotel Ritzenhof. Drive straight on past the lake and after some 500 metres you’ll see Ritzensee Private Clinic right in front of you. Follow the signs for Ritzensee!
Coming from Maria Alm or Hochkönig:
Having arrived in Saalfelden, continue on Hochkönig Road for some 2.5 kilometres. At the first intersection (opposite you’ll see NKD and Billa) turn left across a bridge into Ritzenseestrasse and follow the course of the road past Hotel Ritzensee (on the left) and Lake Ritzensee (on the right).
Saalfelden in Salzburger Land has a railway station operated by the Austrian Federal Railways. Thus, the private clinic can also be reached conveniently and without any stress by train.
We’ll be happy to organise your transfer from the railway station to Ritzensee Private Clinic. Simply contact us before and let us know when your train arrives.
Getting from Salzburg Airport W. A. Mozart / SZG straight to the private clinic:
